- Include the invoice or order confirmation you received with your purchase, or print out the order details from your account.
3. Start Your Return Request
- Log in to your account on www.bernadiny.com and go to your Order History.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and click on “Return Item”.
- Follow the prompts to complete the return process.

4. Print Your Prepaid Return Label
Once your return request is processed:
- You will receive a Prepaid Return Label via email.
- Print the label and attach it to your return package.
5. Drop Off Your Return Package
- Take your return package to any designated shipping carrier (usually a local post office or drop-off center) based on the return service we offer.
- Shipping is free for returns; no need to pay any additional fees.
6. Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy guidelines.
